Kos is laughing at Trump’s folly — thinking he can convert Bernie supporters to vote for him. Trump has no desire to be President. Having seen how hopelessly weak the presidency is he wants no part of it. However, having won the support of an amazing number of voters, he is now the presumptive candidate of the Republican Party. That has to be worth something.
People who have seen his taxes are hinting that there is much less there than what he has claimed. Do you think the Donald wants every low-life pundit talking about all of his financial screw-ups? Do you think he wants ordinary people to know that he is actually not as smart as most of them? Do you think he wants to get tied up running the country for 4 years?
Do you remember the title of his book? The Art of the Deal. I think Trump is setting himself up to conduct a deal, a very, very big, big deal. Rod Blagojevich gave him the basic elements. Luckily Trump has never been elected. He doesn’t have a PAC. He could pull it off.
The Deal: For $100,000,000 Trump will agree to drop out of the race. The money no one knows about because it comes from only 3 or 4 people: the Waltons, Koch Brothers, and your choice of the next two.
Once the cash is secured, he has a carefully managed heart attack. A week later Trump sends the country his regrets. Trump thinks he is done with U.S.of.A. BUT on the day of the next inauguration, a rogue agent takes him out. She pours him a drink in the limo. The spike in the drink doesn’t knock him out but makes him very agreeable. The next step is a biggie. She gives him a haircut.
[I had to end this on a positive note.]
